After reading a post by Sunrise informing people about a last minute change of venue for social dancing, I thought it might be a good idea to have a thread for just that sort of "Attention all dancers - you need to know THIS!" stuff.
As well as the change of time/venue/band etc details, this is also the place for general heads-ups about group social dancing/activities ie "hey we're going here - come along!".
Note: Post notices and queries only - to make it easy to find the information, let's keep this thread spam/chat free! Thanks!

This Thursday we are going to check out
@ The Banque Wine Bar

North Adelaide
Ph - (08) 8267 6999
Something tells me this might be a bit of a 'snappy cas." affair (ie not exactly your trackies and thongs type of thing)... anyhoo.
We are planning on heading there after The Swing Sesh at around 9ish (correct me if I'm wrong, Zoot), so chuck on your shinies and meet us there!
Let's support a possible regular thing in Adelaide!!!!

Just in case people don't know, tomorrow (Tuesday 2-11) we're going to the Oxford Hotel at 8.00pm (like every Tuesday).

I heard that the Bob Johnson Big Band is going to play 1 more time at the Gov tomorrow (thanks Kate!). Maybe check out the Banque next week?
I could use some Big Band action
